This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 196 days in preferring the above revision petition against the order of dismissal of petition for maintenance by the learned (II Additional Principal Family Judge in MC No.111 of 2022 dated 22.05.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 196 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
