This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in crime No.3 of 2025 on the file of the Inspector of Police, City Crime Branch, Coimbatore City.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation in crime No.3 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-VII, Coimbatore on 26.04.2025. 3.

In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is clsoed.
