ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondent to complete the Investigation in Crime No.165/2025 on the file of 2nd Respondent and file the final report within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner had earlier filed a petition in Crl.O.P.No.4069 of 2026 seeking the same relief and this Court vide order dated 19.02.2026 had granted four months time to complete the investigation and to file final report. Since this petition is filed even before the expiry of four-month period granted by this Court, the same is not maintainable.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 28-04-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order BKN
