All the applications are filed by the applicant/4th defendant to condone the delay of 100days in filing the written statement on behalf of the 4th defendant.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, all the applications are allowed and the delay is condoned with payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- payable to the first respondent/plaintiff.

4.The applicant is directed to pay the cost of Rs.5,000/- to the first respondent/plaintiff on or before 23.01.2017.
