2. The case of the prosecution is that on 01.05.2023, the petitioner along with three other accused were found in possession of 24 tablets of Tydal (each contains 100 mg) and 30 tablets of Nitrovit. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner has been suffering incarceration from 01.05.2023. However, without prejudice to his defence, the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit a substantial amount to any welfare scheme run by the Government as may be directed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner stating that the petitioner was found in possession of 24 tablets of Tydal (each contains 100 mg) and 30 tablets of Nitrovit. However, he would submit that there is no previous case against the petitioner.

5. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police and perused the materials available on record including the FIR. 2/6

6. On considering the voluntary submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) to the credit of "Police Boys Club (T-15 Kannagi Nagar Police Boys and Girls Club)," without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the trial Court.

7. Merely, because the petitioner has deposits the said amount, it would not amount to admission of his guilt. Therefore, it is open to the trial Court to deal with the case independently.

8. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and the period of incarceration undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant of bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

9. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to make a non refundable deposit of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) by way of RTGS/NEFT to the credit of "Police Boys Club (T-15 Kannagi Nagar Police Boys and Girls Club), Bank:State Bank of India, A/c.
