Writ Petition filed under Section 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to conduct survey the petitioner's land in S.No.620/9, situated at No.22, Medu Street, Nanthivaram, Guduvancheri, Vandalur Taluk, Chengalpattu District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2020 within time frame.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 18.06.2020, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for survey of the subject property. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Mr. G.Rajesh, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent had already fixed the date of enquiry on 21.10.2020 at 11 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 2nd respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry in order to take a decision to survey the subject property, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the process within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
