ORDER
1. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed,
2. This court heard the learned senior counsel for the Petitioner/Decree Holder.
3. The Petitioner herein is the decree holder. Based upon the specific performance decree granted in the Lok Adalat, he has preferred an EP and for the payment towards the stamp duty, he has filed a memo, seeking permission to pay the same through online. Relying on the letter dated 5.12.2018 of the Inspector General of Registration, he has filed the memo before the Principal District Court, -- and the same is still pending consideration.
4. In view of the narrow scope of the prayer, the Principal District Court, -- is 1/3
directed to dispose of the memo and the EP on the lines of letter dated 5.12.2018 of the Inspector General of Registration and also the Official Memorandum, dated 20.04.2018 of this Court, regarding receipt of stamp duty through online, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
