Guidelines (USG) 2016.
2.The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that during the pendency of the writ petitions, the Unified Selection Guidelines (USG) 2016 came to be superseded by a circular dated 04.01.2018 and the said circular is under challenge before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP.No.2425 of 2020. He also added that the petitioners' claim would be considered only after the disposal of the said Special Leave Petition. 3.In view of the above, all the Writ Petitions are disposed of, with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh Writ Petitions, pursuant to the order that may be passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
