batta on or before 23.12.2021, failing which the Civil Revision Petition shall stand dismissed automatically.

2. From the materials available on record, it is seen that the petitioner has not filed batta till 23.12.2021, the time frame fixed by this Court. In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition has already been dismissed and hence, no further order is necessary.
