It is stated by the learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent that pursuant to the order of this court dated 13.06.2024, the respondent has registered the document. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also concurs with the statement of the learned Special Government Pleader. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication.
