JUDGMENT

(The Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.Subbiah, J) During the pendency of this Appeal Suit (First Appeal), by order dated 03.07.2019, this Court referred the matter to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, wherein, the parties have settled their dispute among themselves, in support of which, they have filed a Joint Memo, dated 26.09.2019, signed by them and their respective counsels. The terms of the said Joint Memo are recorded. Accordingly, the Appeal Suit (First Appeal) is disposed of in terms of the said Joint Memo, which shall form part of the decree. No costs. Registry is directed to refund the entire Court Fees to the appellants/defendants as per Section 69-A of the Tami Nadu Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act.
