This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 27.01.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16608 of 2021.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that as against the order passed by this Court in the abovesaid writ petition vide order dated 27.01.2022, the State preferred appeal wherein the Division Bench of this Page No.2 of 4

Court vide orders dated 22.07.2022 and 22.10.2022 requested the contempt Court not to proceed further in the contempt petition till the next date of hearing.
