CRIME NO.155 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditional order dated 22/06/2021 passed in Crl.O.P.no.10694 of 2021 i.e directing the petitioner to report before the Respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.P.ARTHI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 22.06.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions. 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioner had been complying with the conditions without fail.

3.In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4.Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 22.06.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
