Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct survye in property comprised in Survey No.419/1 of B.Chettihalli Village, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District after disposal of suit in O.S.No.84 of 2020 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Palacode, based on petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2020 For Petitioner :

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to conduct the survey in the subject properety pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner on 24.09.2020.

2. Heard Mr.D.Rameshkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Manigopi, learned Govt. Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. Taking into consideration the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 24.09.2020 and call for an enquiry, providing due opportunity to the petitioner and respondents 4 to 6 and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 2nd respondent along with all the relevant documents and a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
