COMMON O R D E R These Contempt Petitions are filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the orders dated 27.01.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.16104 of 2021 and W.P.No.17741 of 2021. 2.
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that as against the order dated 27.01.2022 passed by this Court in the abovesaid writ petition, the State preferred appeal wherein the Division Bench of this Court vide interim orders dated 20.10.2022 requested the contempt Court not to proceed further in the contempt petition till the next date of hearing.
