Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2024 filed under Section 23 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007 and pass order to cancel the settlement deed vide dated 01.12.2020 bearing Document No.1080/2020 and settlement deed vide dated 04.02.2022 bearing Document No.14/2022 on the file of Sub-Registrar at Dammal in favour of 3rd respondent within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a limited prayer. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of his representation, dated 07.10.2024 filed under Section 23 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007 against the third respondent.
2. Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 2. Since no adverse orders are passed against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with by this Court.
3. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 07.10.2024 filed under Section 23 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007 after hearing the objections of the third 2/5
respondent and by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation, dated 07.10.2024 filed under Section 23 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007 against the third respondent seeking for cancellation of the settlement deeds more fully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the third respondent, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
