This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 05.08.2012 made in W.P.No.21530 of 2010.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent that, the order under contempt has been complied with by the District Elementary Educational Officer, Tirunelveli vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.7249/A1/2011, dated 03.09.2013, subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal filed along with Condone Delay Petition. 3.

Recording the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioners are aggrieved by the said proceedings dated 03.09.2013, it is open to them to challenge the same in accordance with law.
