ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested on 10.07.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 363, 366 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, in Crime No.11 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that there was a love affair between A1 and the victim girl, thereafter, A1 had kidnapped the victim girl with the help of these petitioners. The petitioners are the friends of A1. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they are no way connected with the alleged offences and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioners have been jail from 10.07.2021. Hence he prays for grant of bail to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the victim girl has not been secured. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioners.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the victim girl has not been secured and considering the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
