Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents herein for the willful disobedience of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.3810 of 2020 dated 03.12.2021.

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for the willful disobedience of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.3810 of 2020 dated 03.12.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as against the order passed in the writ petition, a writ appeal has been filed and in the writ appeal it was undertaken not to press the contempt petition. 3.In view of the same, this contempt petition is closed. It is left open the petitioner to revive the contempt petition depending upon the result in the writ appeal.
