These applications are filed to condone the delay of 1 day, 1 day, 403 days and 1 day respectively in filing the above Second Appeals.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the first respondent. There is no representation for the other respondents.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and also the number of days of delay in filing the above appeals, this Court is satisfied that the delay has to be condoned. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the applications are allowed.
