This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.291 of 2013 pending on the file of respondent to some other investigation Agency, preferably CBCID, Villupuram and to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the charge sheet has been filed on 14.06.2013 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarapuram and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.371 of 2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
