2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/ complainant submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
