ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 04.10.2012 passed in WP.No.27563 of 2011.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 04.10.2012 has been complied with. They have also produced a copy of the proceedings of the District Elementary Education Officer, Villupuram in Na.Ka.No.6092/A3/2013 dated 14.09.2013 to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the contempt petition is closed.
