O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case against the complaint dated 19.05.2014 given to the 1st respondent in CSR No.343/T15SRM/PS and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petition enquiry in CSR No.343 of 2014 was conducted and the same was closed, as the dispute appears to be between brothers. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with a direction to the 2nd respondent police to give a copy of the closure report to the petitioner and liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek his remedies in accordance with law.
