The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the 1st respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 22.12.2014 relating to CSR No.424 of 2014. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.424 of 2015 and the same was closed by the respondent police on 15.02.2015.

4. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
