(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 04.01.2019 made in W.P.No.28379 of 2018 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

Contempt Petition No.1005 of 2019 2.When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and has also produced the Government Order in G.O.(Ms) No.195 School Education (ERT) Department, dated 30.10.2019 in purported compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.28379 of 2018 dated 04.01.2019.

3. In such view of the matte, the contempt petition stands closed. The learned Government Advocate is directed to serve the copy of the Government Order to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
