Crl.M.P.No.8046 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6149 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6149 of 2023 dated 17.03.2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is working in a computer company, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6149 of 2023 dated 17.03.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, every day at 7.30 p.m., until further orders.
