ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to act upon the representation of the petitioner dated 23.4.2025 on the ground that though the petitioner made an online application dated 25.2.2025 to the third respondent to conduct a survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property in S.No.554/4, Patta No.365 situated at Arakasanaalli Village, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District by paying necessary charges, his request is yet to be considered.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader accepting notice for the respondents.

3. The petitioner is placing reliance upon the patta, A-Register and adangal. Though the petitioner made an online application dated 25.2.2025 to the third respondent seeking to conduct the survey and 2/4

demarcate the boundaries of the subject property, the same was not acted upon. It is under these circumstances the above writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to act upon the online application of the petitioner dated 25.2.2025, conduct a survey and demarcate the boundaries of the subject property based on the revenue records relied upon by the petitioner. This exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that if there are any other interested parties, such a survey shall be conducted in their presence. No costs.
