ORDER

(Made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 29.11.2013 passed in W.P.No.32365 of 2013 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. This petition has been pending for more than seven years.

4. Learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the de-occupation notice has been given day before yesterday i.e., on 09.08.2021 and the consequential action would be taken subject to the final order to be passed in the appeal filed under Section 80A of the Town and Country Planning Act.

5. In as much as there is no interim order pending the appeal under Section 80A of the Town and Country Planning Act, respondents 1 to

4/contemnors 1 to 4 are expected to proceed further with the de-occupation notice.

6. With the above said observation, the contempt petition stands closed.
