This petition has been filed seeking for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that as on date, there is no complaint against the petitioner and no case has been registered against the petitioner.
