This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the case as per the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur in CMP.No.763 of 2019 dated 6.3.2019.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that an FIR has been registered in Crime No.1312 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

3.In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in this petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
