O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the second respondent to register a FIR on the complaint dated 28.03.2014 vide CSR.No.31 of 2014 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.7 of 2013 pending on the file of All Women Police Station, Poonamallee. Thereafter, the petitioner has given a present https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint against his father-in-law. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired into in CSR No.31 of 2014 and closed on 19.03.2015. Hence, the concerned respondent police is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of a order.

4. With the above observation, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
