The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondents 4 and 5 to consider his representation dated 15.09.2016 seeking permission to join duty as Physical Education Teacher in the fourth respondent School. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though this writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation, it would suffice, if liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the respondents with fresh representation. 3.In view of the above, granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed.
