ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) Considering the limited relief sought for in this petition to the effect that the respondents be restrained from demolishing and evicting the petitioners from the property belonging to them situated in Survey No.456/5 in Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District with Door Nos.103, 99, 101, 107, 106, 102, 105, 92/102 and 98, Aaladu Road, (Road leading from Eden Garden Matriculation Higher Secondary School to the Railway Station Ticket Booking Office), the writ petition itself is taken up for disposal.
2.Mr.N.Sakthivel, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents 1 to 6, submits that no action to evict the petitioners or to demolish the property in question shall be taken without following the due process of law and also without affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.
3.In that view of the matter, no order is necessary at this stage, and the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
