JUDGMENT

When the matter came up for hearing today, it is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant that, the sole appellant/ A1 in this appeal died and the death certificate is also produced. He also submitted that the legal heirs of the deceased appellant has also not come forward to conduct the appeal further.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, this criminal appeal is dismissed as abated. 3.

Accordingly, this Criminal Appeal is 'dismissed as abated'. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition, if any stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
