Respondents PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, pleased to direct the 1st respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and to his house and land situated at No.21/A, Dharmaraja Koil 3rd Street, Tiruttani-631 209, Thiruvallur District to an extent of 960 Sq.ft. on the basis of the complaint dated 03.08.2021.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and to his house and land situated at No.21/A, Dharmaraja Koil 3rd Street, Tiruttani, Thiruvallur District - 631209 to an extent of 960 Sq.ft., on the basis of the complaint dated 03.08.2021.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.08.2021, enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.930 of 2021. During the enquiry, the parties have agreed to approach civil Court for redressing their grievance and thereby, the enquiry has been closed. He would further submit that as on today, there is no requirement of giving police protection to the petitioner.
