The learned Advocate Commissioner would submit that the vehicle was seized and handed over to the applicant. In this regard, he has also filed a report dated 22.07.2024. Further, he would submit that he has spent nearly 3 days at Andhra Pradesh for seizure of vehicle and hence, requests this Court to fix a sum of Rs.75,000/- as additional remuneration.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant has also confirmed the submissions made by the learned Advocate Commissioner and further, she requests this Court to grant liberty for the sale of vehicle.

3. The report filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner is taken on record. Recording the above submission, the present application is closed.

4. Considering the time spent and efforts made by the learned Advocate Commissioner, the applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.75,000/- as additional remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner on or before 01.08.2024. Page No.1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

5. As far as the request made by the applicant for liberty is concerned, this Court is not inclined to express anything with regard to the same and it is for the applicant to take action to sell the subject vehicle and realize the dues from the respondent in accordance with the provisions loan agreement entered between them.
