O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated

09.10.2014.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property belongs to the petitioner's husband/Nammazhvar and after his demise the petitioner became the owner of the subject property. Whileso the second respondent allegedly obtained patta in his favour and to cancel the same the petitioner made a representation to the first respondent herein on 09.10.2014. However, the same was not considered. Hence this petition.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner. Considering the long pendency of the case and in view of the order which this Court proposes to pass will not affect the petitioner in any manner, the case is taken up for final disposal.

3. In view of the above, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2014 in terms of Section 10 of Patta Pass Book Act,1983 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as aggrieved parties if any, if not already disposed.

4. With the above terms, this present writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
