Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to call for the records pertaining to the Crime No.380 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Sholingar Police Station, Vellore District and quash the same. For Petitioners : Mr.S.Thiruvengadam

O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioners who are arrayed as accused in Crime No.380/2014 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the defacto complainant by name Sunitha has filed an affidavit stating that she has settled the matter with the petitioners and she has withdrawn all the allegations made against the petitioners.

3. The defacto complainant Sunitha is also present before this Court and she is identified by the respondent/Inspector of Police. 4. Recording the above, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.380 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police is quashed.
