J U D G M E N T

The Civil Miscellaneous Appeals has been filed against the order and decree dated 30.06.2003 passed by the Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu, wherein, the Court has ordered the custody of the minor child in favour of the mother/respondent herein.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant reported that the minor has attained majority and now, he is residing with his father/appellant herein. He appeared before this Court on 08.11.2017. 3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
