Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to totally relax the condition of the appearance of the petitioner before the XI Special Judge for CBI Cases - (Banks and Financial Institutions), Chennai till the disposal of Crl.A.No.327 of 2016 in Crl.M.P.No.5043 of 2016. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.V.SOMASUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr. K.SRINIVASAN, SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

2.After going through the averments made in the petition for modification and also in view of the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly, the condition imposed in the order dated 28.04.2016 passed in Crl.MP.No.5043 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.327 of 2016 is modified to the effect that the petitioner

shall appear before the trial Court once in six months until further orders.
