This application has been filed to grant leave to file the above suit as against the second and third respondents/defendants before this Hon'ble Court. 2.

The suit has been filed for recovery of money. The entire allegation in the plaint indicate that the cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court. As the cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court, the second and third respondents are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court, this application has been filed to grant leave to file the above suit as against the second and third respondents.
