Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the concerned records from the 1st Respondent, quash the order of the 1st Respondent, dated 29.01.2016 bearing Letter No.351/PR41/2016 and the order of the 1st Respondent dated 02.03.2016 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to take back the petitioner from the 2nd Respondent and grant the benefit of G.O.Ms.No.240, dated 22.07.2013 to the Petitioner by revising in re-fixing the pay and grade pay for the special grade with effect from 05.09.2008 in the scale of pay of Rs.15,600-39,100 + Grade Pay 5400 and pay the arrears of salary.
