ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition to punish the respondent for disobeying the order of this Court in M.P.No.3 of 2012 in W.P.No.26833 of 2012 dated 04.10.2012.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the respondents. However, it is noticed that the interim order was for a period of four weeks, while directing the petitioner to pay the existing rents. There are no records to substantiate that the interim order was continued thereafter. Considering the same, I find no merits in the present contempt petition alive.
