ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 420 and 506 (i) of IPC in Cr.No.not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to cooperate the enquiry.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in the enquiry, if a prima facie case is made out against the petitioner, the respondent police shall register https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the First Information Report, else the petition be closed.
