When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with a liberty to file a petition u/s 315 of Cr.P.C. for defence side witness and mark certain defence side documents. An Endorsement to the said effect is also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Petition today.

2. In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Consequently, the connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
