ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the Petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.14140 of 2020 order dated 15.09.2020

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner after executing sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpet, has been complying the conditions regularly and appeared before the respondent police till date. Hence, he seeks to modify the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the above condition in para 5(c) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14140 of 2020 dated 15.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
