This Arbitration Application has been filed with a prayer to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to seize and deliver the vehicle to the Applicant, and by order dated 18.06..2024, Advocate Commissioner has been appointed by this Court.

2. M/s..S.Vidhyaa Sri the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the vehicle has been seized and was handed over to the applicant.

Mr.M.P.Sivagnanam, learned Advocate Commissioner has also filed a report, dated 10.07.2024 regarding seizure of vehicle along with the said report, he has also filed a memo, dated 10.07.2024 stating that for executing the warrant, he went to Noida and toiled a lot for two days, and therefore, he may paid additional remuneration of Rs.1,00,000/-.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant has no objection for payment of the additional remuneration, however, she insisted this Court to fix some reasonable amount.

The report filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner is taken on record. Considering the fact that the vehicle has been seized and handed over to the applicant and a report to such effect has also been filed, this Application is closed. However, taking into consideration of the arduous efforts taken by the learned Advocate Commissioner towards execution, this Court is inclined to grant additional remuneration. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the applicant to pay an additional remuneration of Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty thousand only) to the Advocate Commissioner within a period of two weeks i.e. on or before 29.07.2024. For reporting compliance of this order, post the matter on 29.07.2024.
