The petitioner has come forward with this petition directing the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in view of the complaint given by the petitioner's mother on the file of the respondent police.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petition enquiry has been conducted and closed on 14.02.2015. 3.Considering the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, I am inclined to give a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of complaint made by the mother before the respondent and follow the dictum laid down in D.K.Basu Vs.
