The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondent Police to file a charge sheet against the accused as per the F.I.R.No.416 of 2012, dated 18.03.2012, as per the direction issued by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30219 of 2011, dated 19.01.2012, within a stipulated period.
